1. Use of Touralead
Touralead provides information about tourist places and allows travelers to discover and contact local guides. You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse accounts, forms, listings, or communication tools.
2. Traveler and guide responsibility
Travelers are responsible for checking travel requirements, safety conditions, identity, pricing, availability, and suitability before engaging a guide or making travel decisions. Guides are responsible for providing accurate profile information and lawful, professional services.
3. Listings and information
Touralead may display places, guides, descriptions, photos, and other travel information. We may edit, remove, or reject content that appears inaccurate, unsafe, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate.
4. No guaranteed booking or outcome
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Touralead does not guarantee guide availability, travel outcomes, destination conditions, pricing, or third-party services.
5. Account security
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity under their account.
